About
Floor plans that mean something.
Kaleidoscope Plan turns a tape measure or a LiDAR scan into an accurate floor plan in minutes — then lets you design, analyse and present it, all on the device in your hand.
Why we built it
Most floor-plan apps just draw pictures. Kaleidoscope Plan builds a working model: every wall, door and window has real measurements, so the same plan can be measured, viewed in 3D, checked for WiFi coverage, coloured by alarm zone and turned into a print-ready brochure — without ever redrawing it.
It runs natively on iPhone, iPad and Mac, takes Apple Pencil input, and can capture a real room in minutes with LiDAR and RoomPlan. From there, seven specialised engines turn one plan into whatever your project needs.
Kaleidoscope Plan is made by Maritime Master Limited.
Principles
What guides the design.
Always crisp
Your plan is built from real rooms, walls and fittings — not a flat picture — so it stays sharp at any zoom or print size, and it's ready to power 3D, reports and exports.
One plan, many views
Draw the space once. Each tool layers on top as an overlay, so a fire plan, a camera survey and a sales brochure all share — and stay true to — the same plan.
Real-world accuracy
Everything is measured in metres. Camera coverage is traced through real walls, WiFi accounts for what each material blocks, and floor areas are calculated from the actual layout — never guessed.
On-device and private
Everything runs locally. Scans, drawings and exports stay on your device. No account, no cloud lock-in, no tracking.
